Job Responsibilities:

1. BCBA will provide quality supervision to Behavior Technicians.
2. BCBA will provide consistent Caregiver Coaching sessions.
3. BCBA will help recruit ABA therapists.
4. BCBA will conduct timely assessments reviewing overall support needs and progress.
5. BCBA will design individualized assent-based curricula, interventions, and behavioral plans for clients based on results of assessments and data analysis.
6. BCBA will write timely session notes.
7. BCBA will routinely monitor and manage client progress to ensure ongoing validity of treatment.
8. BCBA will conduct Behavior Technician fidelity assessments to ensure quality of supervision training.
9. Utilize Rethink Behavioral Health data collection software.

Job Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
• Commitment to affirming, assent-based, trauma-informed approaches
• Ability to supervise remotely and travel in-person a minimum of 25% per case
• Effective team management skills
• Maintain professional development requirements
• Prior training or a commitment to obtain training in Skills Based Treatment (SBT)
• Willingness to supervise in-home

Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000.00 per year

Hourly Range: $80-$100 per billable hour

Expected Billable Hours:

• Full-time: minimum of 25 billables per week
