Job Responsibilities

• BCBA will provide supervision on paraprofessionals.
• BCBA will provide parent training.
• BCBA will help recruit ABA therapists.
• BCBA will conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance.
• BCBA will design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis.
