Job summary

Inclusive ABA CO LLC in Denver, CO is seeking BCBA professionals to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will assess, design, and implement behavior intervention plans and collaborate with families and educators.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $75,000–$95,000 per year, full benefits, and opportunities for growth. Travel and in-home/remote work options are supported.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA license with BACB and remain in good standing.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors.
• Must be professional, self-motivated and energetic.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have current basic first aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to provide behavior analysis services.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as medical providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
