Job summary

Pinnacle Rehab Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid opportunity in Michigan. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent training for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification in Good Standing with the BACB.
• Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Valid State of Michigan’s Driver’s License and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families and care team members.
• Review client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Complete documentation, reports, and authorizations in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
• Meet productivity and supervision expectations.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
