Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children. You will assess progress, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure holistic care.

Qualified candidates hold an active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, with strong communication and leadership skills. This role offers collaborative support and opportunities for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher level degree in related field preferred, with demonstrated understanding of ABA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and supervise staff and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care

• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards

• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Strong communication and leadership skills
