Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to lead in-home ABA therapy across Colorado. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train parents, monitor progress, and ensure documentation complies with payer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home services.
• Train and coach parents/caregivers as part of the treatment plan.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
