A leading ABA therapy provider in Westminster, Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, in-home therapy for children. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff, with a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.

Available Schedules:

• M-F 8:30a-12:30p
• M-F 8-10:30a (in school)
• M-F 2:30p-5:30p (home)

Ambitions ABA is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Active BCBA Certification
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience
