Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism.
  • Ability to maintain a billable caseload within a structured clinical model.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Managerial experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even under stress.
  • Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services.

  • Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff.
  • Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance.

  • Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care.
  • Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis.
  • Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis.

Pay Range: $80,000–$110,100(Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives)

Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. Summary of Essential Job Functions

Minimum Requirements


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition geared toward learning


  • Managerial experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
