Job summary

Adapt ABA in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support adolescents and individuals transitioning to adulthood. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting independence, and coordinating with families and team members.

This on-site, part-time position offers 16–25 hours per week with 4-hour afternoon shifts (Mon-Thu). Compensation is $60–$65 per hour, and the candidate will collect data, assess needs, and ensure HIPAA compliance while

Qualifications

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Adapt ABA, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals as they transition into adulthood. This position is essential for implementing effective behavior intervention plans and promoting independence among clients in our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and behavioral deficits.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in all practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies.
  • Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is beneficial.

Job Type:

Part-time.

Pay:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour.

Expected hours:

16 - 25 per week.
