Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight of in-home ABA services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder as we expand into North Carolina.

We want a growth-oriented BCBA who will lead, mentor, and help build a scalable program. You'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment and drive high-quality services with input and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification and LBA in North Carolina, already credentialed with Medicaid.
  • Proficient with DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload and help expand in the region.
  • Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan.
  • Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

We're currently expanding our ABA company to North Carolina and we are looking for a talented BCBA to join our team and grow with us.

We're specifically seeking a growth-oriented BCBA who has the mindset and drive to not only deliver high-quality clinical services but also to lead, mentor, and help build something meaningful as we scale. Job Types: Full-time

Full Time Pay $100,000 Salary + (Bonus structure)

Qualifications And Skills
  • BCBA Certification and LBA in the state of North Carolina, and already credentialed with Medicaid
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check
