Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC) is hiring BCBAs to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services and to collaborate with a team of professionals (BCBAs, SLPs, & OTs) to promote optimal outcomes for our learners.

We emphasize ongoing professional development, opportunities for teaching CEUs, in-house training, and a supportive, growth-oriented environment with flexible schedules and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
