Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy provides in-home, individualized ABA services focused on meaningful progress for children. The BCBA will oversee therapists, assess children, and create customized treatment plans to address unique needs with patient, data-driven approaches.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, a current BCBA certification, and 2–3 years of experience with children and families. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, with travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required
  • Current BACB certification as a BCBA
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children and families using behavior analytic methods
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust ABA treatment plans
  • Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians
  • Develop new programs and adjust existing ones as needed
  • Produce progress reports and treatment plans for regulatory and funding requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Description:

Strive ABA Therapy is looking for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals providing in-home services. The BCBA will be responsible for working with and overseeing our ABA Therapists and assessing children who present with a variety of behavioral and emotional challenges. They will also create individualized treatment plans to address each child’s needs. The BCBA should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills as well as a proven record of effective behavior modification with incredible patience and empathy toward their clients.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic technology across a variety of diagnoses
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians as required
  • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
  • Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
  • A high level of communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail

Pay:

$85-105/hour based on experience and qualifications.
