Job summary

Sunny Days of California is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home services to children on the autism spectrum. The prime-time hours are Monday through Friday (and possible weekends) from 12pm to 6pm, with bilingual in Spanish and late afternoon availability a plus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and their families.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, animated, and outgoing; passionate about helping children reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers and the team.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Offer suggestions for incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
• Provide parent and staff training.
