Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead outpatient pediatric ABA therapy.

You will provide direct 1:1 ABA, design and monitor intervention plans, and participate in parent meetings and IEP discussions. You will supervise RBTs and contribute to data-driven program updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Insurance ABA requirements and billing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy with clients.
• Design, implement and monitor intervention plans under supervision.
• Attend parent team meetings and IEP trainings as requested.
• Ensure safety of clients, staff and others at all times.
• Lead and supervise RBTs; provide training and required supervision.
• Update client programming and behavior intervention plans promptly.
