Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings in the Akron area. The BCBA will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and train parents, while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers full-time scheduling, Monday–Friday, with flexible options and a salary range of $75,000–$95,000 per year. Ohio COBA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Ohio COBA license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising ABA programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
