Indenovo Global Search & Selection is seeking a BCBA to lead a multidisciplinary ABA team focused on family-centered therapy for children with autism. You will supervise staff, design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role offers a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 with quarterly incentives, generous time off, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Formación

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
  • Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and plan individualized treatment goals.
  • Lead monthly family and caregiver training to empower families with ABA strategies.
  • Coordinate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.

Your Role as a BCBA

As a key member of our interdisciplinary ABA team, you'll lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism. Your daily impact includes:



  • Managing & Supervising Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.

  • Conducting Assessments & Planning: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.

Qualifications for BCBA Candidates
