Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes assent-based treatment, family partnership, and evidence-based practices within LEARN Behavioral’s collaborative care network.

We welcome both part-time and full-time clinicians. You’ll have access to experienced clinical leadership, a broad support structure, and opportunities for professional development, including CEUs and quarterly forums.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher required; BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam soon.
  • BCBA certification is preferred; ongoing credentialing supported.
  • Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Licensing/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered care, and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Ensure client safety remains a top priority in all cases.
  • Consult with clients to provide continuous program direction and maintenance.

What You Have
  • Master's degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
