Job summary

Autism FIRST, an H2 Health company, seeks a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services to children and families, developing treatment plans, and driving meaningful outcomes.

You will supervise staff, partner with families, and maintain meticulous documentation while upholding clinical excellence and compassionate care in every session.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current Virginia licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required by state regulations.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment using behavioral data.
• Supervise, train, and mentor clinical team members.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress.
