H2 Health's Autism FIRST program in Richmond, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role serving pediatric clients. You will design individualized ABA treatment plans, monitor progress with data, supervise the clinical team, and partner with families to support meaningful progress.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master's degree in a related field, Virginia licensure or eligibility, CPR, and strong communication and leadership skills.
