H2 Health's Autism FIRST division in Newport News, VA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team. This full-time role focuses on developing and overseeing evidence-based ABA treatment plans for children and their families.

You'll monitor progress, supervise staff, partner with caregivers, ensure thorough documentation, and uphold high clinical standards while benefiting from our competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Virginia licensure or eligibility as applicable.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
