At Nexus Therapies, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves collaborating with professionals including BCaBAs, Program Supervisors, RBTs, and BTs. You will provide exceptional Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Using evidence-based methodologies, you'll offer both direct and indirect services to improve our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct and evaluate behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans based on data.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise BCaBAs, Supervisors, RBTs, and BTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Program Oversight: Manage program effectiveness, hold team meetings, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Client & Staff Development: Facilitate parent training, conduct assessments, and support team professional growth.
Essential Functions:
  • Develop and oversee client programs aligned with assessments and goals.
  • Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored support plans.
  • Monitor client progress, update goals, and adjust interventions.
  • Supervise team performance, promote continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with the Clinical Director regarding client progress and issues.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, child development, psychology, or related field.
  • BACB certification and licensure by the Board of Medicine in California.
  • Experience working directly with children with autism and developmental delays (minimum 3 years) and supervising BTs (minimum 1 year).
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Staff must be located in California.
