Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide behavior analytic services across home, community, and facility-based settings in and around Tulare, CA. This full-time hybrid role includes in-person work in Tulare and surrounding areas, with some tasks performed from home such as report writing, data analysis, and telehealth consultation as appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The BCBA will provide caregiver and staff training, monitor treatment integrity, and adjust interventions based on ongoing data review. Qualifications
