Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is seeking a BCBA to join our team for per diem ABA services in Florida. This role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay of $70.00-$80.00 per hour, with possible transition to full-time.

You will supervise therapists, design intervention plans, review data, communicate with families and staff, and conduct assessments. We provide professional development and a supportive team, with annual reviews and a mission to deliver quality home-based ABA services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Per diem ABA services in Florida.
• Experience supervising therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design behavior intervention plans and review session notes.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.

Behavioral Intervention For Autism/Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the State of Florida. We're looking for BCBAs to join our team to provide per diem ABA services.

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
