Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism in Florida is seeking part-time ABA therapists to provide in-home or school-based 1:1 services to children with ASD. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies and follow each treatment plan to support learning, safety and social opportunities.

You'll collect and submit data on an electronic system, keep clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration, and participate in ongoing training and tuition assistance offered by BIFA.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Special Education.
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning.

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan

• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About BIFA:

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:

Special education: 1 year (Preferred)

Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
