Behavioral Intervention For Autism (BIFA) is seeking BCBA professionals for per diem ABA services across Florida. The role involves supervising therapists, designing behavior intervention plans, and reviewing data to guide program changes.

Requires BCBA certification and at least 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience; per hour pay ranges $60–$85 with flexible/part-time to possible full-time work; strong communication with families and team is essential.

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the State of Florida. We're looking for BCBAs to join our team to provide per diem ABA services.

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
