Job summary

Archways ABA in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role (In-Home + Telehealth). The position offers flexible scheduling and a compensation range of $65-$95 per hour, depending on experience, availability, and caseload needs.

The BCBA will conductAssessments, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure compliance with BACB standards. Qualified candidates hold an active BCBA, a master’s in a relevant field, and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs/BTs.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain compliance with BACB and insurance requirements.
