Job summary

Affinity Autism Services in Utah is seeking a full-time BCBA to conduct VB-MAPP assessments, design evidence-based treatment plans, and supervise interventionists including RBTs. The role includes delivering family training and collaborating with schools and other professionals to ensure client progress.

Efficient communication and adherence to BACB ethics are essential, with a focus on data-driven program adjustments and best-practice standards.

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience

Required Experience or Education
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA
  • 18 days of paid time off (PTO) + 14 paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match: Dollar-for-dollar match on the first 3% and 50% match on contributions from 3% to 5%
  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, including the VB-MAPP, and develop appropriate treatment plans and programs
  • Complete Functional Assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans
  • Provide supervision and training to interventionists, including Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Providing ongoing training to the families of our clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families, schools, and other professional services
  • Meet best-practice standards and adhere to the BACB's ethical guidelines and standards.
  • Programs written shall use evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Review program data and adjust programs and services based on client data
