Job summary

Services are provided in Wendell, Knightdale, Zebulon, and surrounding communities in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide full-time, on-site services in the Raleigh and Cary North Carolina. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing ABA programs to enhance communication, social skills, and independence. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, monitor treatment fidelity, and analyze data to adjust interventions. The role also includes collaborating closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers, delivering parent education, and participating in team meetings to ensure ethical, assent-driven services. This position involves direct client interaction, in-person observations, and ongoing documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Experience in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers and supporting family-centered treatment plans.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing and eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
• Previous clinical experience working with children, preferably in autism or developmental disabilities settings.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and report data accurately, with solid documentation and organizational skills.
• Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and team members.
• Commitment to ethical, assent-based practice and ongoing professional development.
