Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various descriptive and systematic behavior assessments and skill-based assessments as prescribed by ABA Standards.
  • Provide interpretations of assessment results and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide training and supervision to Behavior Health Technicians and monitor treatment progress through data-based progress monitoring.
  • Plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.
  • Consult with and teach instructional team members regarding proactive, educational programming, and behavioral supports.
  • Collaborate with team members, related service providers, families, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Mentor, supervise, and evaluate clinical operations of Behavior Technicians.
  • Design and oversee internal quarterly quality audits and establish best practices for improvement.
  • Establish treatment expectations and maintain a high standard of care, supporting the clinical director with audit forms/quality checklists, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure health and safety standards are met across treatment settings.
  • Develop and oversee internal continuing education opportunities for BCBAs and BCaBAs.
  • Provide oversight to ensure all behavior techs perform consistently with the same standard of care and operational excellence to all clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $170,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
