Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA plans and oversee clinical operations in Missouri. You will assess, design, implement, and adjust treatments while mentoring RBTs and coordinating with families and school teams.

The role emphasizes ethics, documentation, and outcomes-based care within a supportive, leadership-driven culture that values professional development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
