Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Festus, MO, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to support holistic care.

You will contribute to ethical practice, participate in clinical team meetings, and have opportunities for leadership, professional development, and career advancement within a caring, outcomes-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
