Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children. You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure comprehensive care. Ethical practice and precise documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
