Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and shape treatment plans for children. You will work closely with families, schools, and clinical teams to ensure holistic, ethical, and effective care across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training and support
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
