Shining Steps ABA LLC in Owensville, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and clinical teams.

Active BACB-credentialed BCBA with a Master’s in ABA or related field is required; strong leadership and documentation skills are essential; we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
