Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is dedicated to providing comprehensive, education-based therapy services. We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team at a school for the deaf and contribute to the mission of embracing, inspiring, and challenging every student, every day.

Position Overview:

As a BCBA with PTS, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a school-based setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial and ongoing educational and behavior assessments.
• Developing and maintaining high-quality treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Creating and supervising positive behavior support interventions for Tier 1 – 3.
• Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborating effectively with other disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.
