Job summary

Stepping Stone Kids Therapy Llc is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team in Naples, FL. You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA-based intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children with autism.

This role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, OTs, physicians and schools, adherence to BACB ethics, and ongoing professional growth through mentorship and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and eligibility to supervise RBTs as required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and related behavior assessments.
• Develop and oversee ABA-based behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs per BACB requirements.
• Provide caregiver training to promote goal generalization.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports on time.
