Job summary

Stepping Stone Kids Therapy in Cape Coral, FL, seeks a full-time BCBA to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team. The role offers mentorship, competitive salary, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or night shifts, emphasizing work-life balance.

The BCBA will lead FBAs, develop and monitor ABA programs, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with Speech, Occupational Therapy, physicians, and schools, all within a supportive, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and discuss ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavior assessments as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs in BACB requirements.
• Provide caregiver training to promote generalization of goals.
• Analyze client data to monitor progress and adjust treatment.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and documentation on schedule.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, physicians, schools and other professionals.
• Maintain BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, Medicaid requirements and company policies.
