Job summary

Stepping Stone Kids Therapy LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our full-time team in a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work. You will lead functional behavior assessments, develop ABA intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers in applying treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Must have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and student analysts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavior assessments as appropriate.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Provide caregiver training to promote generalization of goals.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OT-s, physicians, schools and other professionals involved in each child's care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
