Job summary

Champions ABA in MA is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home and community-based ABA therapy team. The BCBA will design and oversee treatment plans, coach and supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification and have experience in autism spectrum disorder interventions, assessments, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

With a strong background in behavior analysis and training, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective treatment plans, coaching and supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress
• Conduct assessments, skill acquisition training, and behavioral skills training
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and staff training
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality assurance and improvement initiatives
