Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Chelmsford, MA seeks a licensed BCBA to join our team part-time delivering in-home and community ABA services. You will assess, plan, and supervise treatment programs, guiding families and technicians to support client progress.

You will design and supervise individualized plans, ensure data-driven decisions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to empower individuals with ASD toward meaningful goals in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervising technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, skill acquisition training, and behavioral skills training
