Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a clinical team in a collaborative, family‑centered environment. The role emphasizes supervision of Behavior Therapists, program development, and data‑driven treatment across in‑person sessions.

You will work with on‑site SLPs and OTs, communicate with families, and drive continuous improvement in treatment efficacy while maintaining a high level of fidelity and safety.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas (or eligible)
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
• Experience implementing data-driven ABA treatment plans with fidelity

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure faithful implementation of treatment plans
• Drive program design, FBAs, and ABA interventions to meet client goals
• Maintain calm, professional conduct in challenging situations and promote growth

Job description

A great Clinic is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!

• Core hours are 830am - 530pm, / Mon - Fri. They are willing to discuss schedule flexibility


• No billable hours requirement


• 1-hour, in-person sessions. Family owned and led


• Multi-disciplinary collaboration with on-site SLPs and OTs

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous grow


• Holistic Care: Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners


• Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time


• Family & Staff Training: Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff


• Crisis & Safety Management: Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients

Job Description:

• Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.


• Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs that include continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving, to help each client reach their potential.


• Embrace Challenges with Grace: Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.


• Lead with Initiative and Openness: Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. OR Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).
