Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinic-based, family-owned team in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, supervision of Behavior Therapists, and data-driven treatment with no billable hours requirement.

You will collaborate with on-site SLPs and OTs, conduct FBAs, design ABA programs, and provide parent training, ensuring high fidelity in treatment plans across all clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing or Texas LBA eligibility.
• Experience leading and supervising Behavior Therapists (RBTs).
• Ability to design data collection and analyze treatment efficacy.
• Strong collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership to mentor therapists and ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, SLPs, and OTs for holistic care.
• Design, monitor, and adjust data collection to evaluate progress.
• Provide parent training and professional development for staff.
• Manage crises and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

A great Clinic is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!

• Core hours are 830am - 530pm, / Mon - Fri. They are willing to discuss schedule flexibility.
• No billable hours requirements
• 1-hour, in-person sessions. Family owned and led.
• Multi-disciplinary collaboration with on-site SLPs and OTs.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.
• Holistic Care: Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.
• Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.
• Family & Staff Training: Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff.
• Crisis & Safety Management: Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
• Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
• Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs that include continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving, to help each client reach their potential.
• Embrace Challenges with Grace: Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
• Lead with Initiative and Openness: Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. OR Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).
