Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing clinic network in Houston. The role involves leading by example, supervising Behavior Technicians, and ensuring fidelity of treatment plans.

You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, provide parent education, and collaborate with the team to drive positive outcomes for clients. A BACB BCBA certification is required, with a strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current BACB certification (BCBA) is required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians in clinical settings.
• Ability to develop and evaluate ABA programs.
