Job summary

Centria seeks a BCBA to lead ABA therapy in our Scottsdale clinic, supported by a clinical team and CareConnect platform to streamline treatment planning and data collection.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based, individualized plans, train families on-site, and rely on data-driven decisions to ensure high-quality services.

This position offers:

1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
2. Signing bonus.
3. Monthly and weeklybonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!
