Job summary

First Roles in Missouri is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children in a clinic setting. You will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, delivering face-to-face clinical care and guidance to families and staff.

Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership to ensure ethical, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Missouri licensure or eligibility
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
