Job summary

First Roles is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans in a clinic setting. You will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and provide direct clinical care to children, while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborating with caregivers and clinical colleagues.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification with Missouri licensure (or eligibility) and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities
