Job summary

First Roles in Missouri is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children in a clinic setting. You will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, delivering face-to-face clinical care.

Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership while upholding ethical, evidence-based practices and high clinical quality standards in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
