Job summary

Success On The Spectrum is seeking a clinically experienced BCBA for full-time, center-based work with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 7:45am–4:15pm window. You will train and supervise behavior technicians, create individualized programs, and monitor progress while maintaining strict documentation and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have BACB certification and BLS/CPR certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active.
• Caseload management and time-efficiency are required.
• In-center work schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:45am–4:15pm) with no travel for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, research-based client programs.
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
• Lead weekly parent training meetings and provide progress updates.
• Supervise interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly trainings.
• Handle insurance pre-auth requests and billing approvals.
• Ensure safety management and adherence to schedules.
• Perform all BCBA duties and related responsibilities.
• Assist with cleaning duties and office organization.

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment Center with a dedication to quality. We offer ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our nautical centers. Our play-based model emphasizes on NET, so we take clients on field trips once per month! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our viewing room!

We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills and a salesman-like enthusiasm, as you will be the main point of contact for parents.

We value work/life balance. BCBAs generally work Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm and rarely take work home. Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 6 full-time clients. Each location has a Clinical Director that is available to cover your caseload when you take vacation!

You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. We can’t emphasize enough how vital your abilities of attention to detail are in this role, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.

SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the daily client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.

• Salary $85,000-$110,000/year (depending on experience)
• Performance Reviews every 6 months to qualify for raise/bonus/promotion.
• Work in Center only (kids Age 2-6 only). No traveling necessary for in-home or in-school
