What You’ll Be Doing

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the BCBA is responsible for coordinating and providing program services to clients

  • Conduct assessments of individuals diagnosed with ASD to identify behavioral strengths and areas to improve
  • Design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide staff training, mentorship, and BT/RBT supervision to ensure the highest level of clinical quality and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care and consistency in implementing behavior support strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to provide support, education, and guidance regarding interventions and behavior management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, behavior data, and intervention strategies
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and participate in continuing education activities to maintain BCBA certification
  • Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in all aspects of practice
  • Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Hold current BCBA, State Licensure, and in good standing with the State and BACB
  • Completion of a master's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
