Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Horsham, PA seeks a BCBA to focus on students within a school setting. You will collaborate with school teams, conduct FBAs, and develop behavior intervention plans to support student success.

Location: Schools in Horsham-Hatboro School District in Montgomery County, PA
Consistent School Schedule – Enjoy a 10-month work year aligned with school calendars.
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annual salary for the school year
Optional Summer Income – Opportunities to work Extended School Year (ESY) or in Montgomery or neighboring districts

Provide behavioral support to elementary-aged students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
Train and support school staff on behavior strategies
Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
DESS provides support to schools around early learning, academic interventions, safety practices and the assessment and treatment of students with complex behaviors, cognitive challenges and communication needs. We use evidence-based practices with an emphasis on assisting school systems with special education population.
Active BCBA certification (required)

Experience working in school-based settings preferred
