Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Horsham, PA seeks a BCBA to focus on students within a school setting. You will collaborate with school teams, conduct FBAs, and develop behavior intervention plans to support student success.

Join a supportive, clinician-led team with opportunities for ESY work, tuition reimbursement and free CEUs. This position follows a 10-month school calendar with consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply.
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

About Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS)

DESS provides support to schools around early learning, academic interventions, safety practices and the assessment and treatment of students with complex behaviors, cognitive challenges and communication needs. We use evidence-based practices with an emphasis on assisting school systems with special education population.
